You will drive alignment across multiple workstreams, manage risks, and ensure successful delivery of critical technology initiatives. The ideal candidate thrives in large-scale environments where collaboration, governance, and innovation are essential.
  • Accountabilities: The Technical Program Manager (IT) will oversee enterprise-level technology programs, ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams while maintaining alignment between technical teams and business objectives. Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of complex, multi-year technology programs involving multiple concurrent workstreams. Provide portfolio oversight to ensure teams remain aligned, avoid operational silos, and deliver against shared objectives. Act as the connection point between IT delivery teams, business stakeholders, compliance groups, and executive leadership. Translate technical progress, risks, and challenges into clear business impacts, value opportunities, and risk reduction outcomes. Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies across applications, infrastructure, security, engineering, and business teams. Allocate resources effectively across workstreams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives. Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery processes that support compliance, security, and audit readiness. Lead recurring program reviews, status meetings, and executive reporting activities to provide visibility into progress, risks, and opportunities. Ensure technical programs follow established software development lifecycle practices and operational standards. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced technical program leader with a strong background managing large-scale IT initiatives, complex stakeholder environments, and enterprise technology portfolios. Proven experience in Technical Program Management, PMO strategy, or managing large-scale enterprise IT programs. Experience overseeing multi-million-dollar technology portfolios, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, governance practices, and systems integration. Ability to manage dependencies across diverse teams, including engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, quality assurance, legal, and business operations. Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to present technical information, risks, and milestones to non-technical leaders. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and complex initiatives. Experience establishing governance models, reporting frameworks, and operational processes. Familiarity with data platforms, cloud environments, data pipelines, infrastructure concepts, and enterprise technology ecosystems. Knowledge of healthcare technology environments, regulatory requirements, HIPAA compliance, or sensitive data management is highly preferred. Experience with patient data protection, data de-identification, or regulated technology environments is a plus. PMP® or similar project/program management certification is preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams and executive stakeholder groups. Benefits: Competitive annual salary range of $98,000–$155,000, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Remote work flexibility with opportunities to collaborate across a large technology organization. Comprehensive healthcare benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions. Paid time off and PTO cash-out options. Family support resources, employee assistance programs, counseling sessions, and caregiver support. Access to wellness resources, including digital health and mindfulness programs. Professional development opportunities, leadership training, and career growth programs. Access to online learning platforms and ongoing skill development resources. Opportunity to contribute to meaningful technology initiatives within a mission-driven environment.
