This role is part of a customer-focused support team dedicated to delivering high-quality assistance on fiscal and accounting solutions used by professionals across Brazil. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate system functionalities and resolve operational questions with accuracy and efficiency. The position combines technical product knowledge with strong communication skills to ensure an excellent user experience. - Accountabilities In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional support and ensuring a high standard of service to users of fiscal and accounting systems: Provide functional support for Fiscal and Accounting modules (Domínio system) via phone and other support channels. Deliver clear, accurate, and objective information to clients, ensuring understanding and resolution of issues. Support clients throughout their journey, identifying needs and guiding them to the appropriate solutions. Focus on efficient problem resolution with strong attention to customer satisfaction and service quality. Interact with product teams by forwarding improvement requests and system correction needs. Stay updated on fiscal legislation and system functionalities to ensure reliable support. Requirements We are looking for professionals with strong communication skills, customer orientation, and interest in fiscal and accounting processes, combined with the ability to work in structured environments: Completed or ongoing degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or related fields (non-graduates may also be considered depending on experience). Availability to work in a hybrid model in Campinas or São Paulo. Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills. Ability to work with goals, structured processes, and performance targets. Adaptability to standardized procedures and fast-paced support environments. Nice to have: prior experience in Fiscal and/or Accounting areas. Nice to have: familiarity with Domínio system solutions.
