This executive leadership role sits at the center of enterprise value creation through procurement, with a strong emphasis on Food & Beverage as a key driver of margin, guest experience, and operational performance. You will define and execute global sourcing strategies across both direct and indirect categories, leading a high-performing category management organization in a complex, multi-site environment. The role blends commercial strategy, supplier ecosystem leadership, and operational execution across a decentralized network of venues. You will partner closely with senior leaders in operations, culinary, finance, and legal to align sourcing decisions with business objectives and guest experience standards. This is a highly strategic position where procurement is elevated into a true business enabler, not just a support function.   • Accountabilities In this role, you will lead enterprise-wide sourcing strategy and category management, with a primary focus on Food & Beverage and additional oversight of indirect spend categories. You will be responsible for driving cost optimization, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and value creation across a large and decentralized organization. Develop and execute global strategic sourcing strategies aligned with corporate, financial, ESG, and operational objectives Lead and scale a category management organization across Food & Beverage and indirect categories such as facilities, technology, and professional services Partner with executive stakeholders across culinary, operations, finance, and legal to align sourcing decisions with margin, menu strategy, and guest experience goals Oversee major RFPs, contract negotiations, supplier selection, and commercial structuring for high-value agreements Build and manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance across cost, quality, service, compliance, and sustainability metrics Drive supplier diversity, ESG integration, innovation, and continuous improvement across all sourcing activities Leverage procurement technology and analytics tools to improve visibility, standardization, and data-driven decision-making Establish governance frameworks, sourcing policies, and category playbooks to ensure consistency and compliance across the enterprise Requirements This role requires a seasoned procurement leader with deep expertise in Food & Beverage sourcing and complex, high-volume supply chain environments, combined with strong executive presence and strategic thinking. 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain leadership roles Extensive experience in Food & Beverage sourcing within hospitality, retail, or multi-site operations Proven success managing large-scale, high-value spend portfolios and complex supplier ecosystems Strong expertise in commodity markets, distributor models, and contract negotiation strategies Deep understanding of menu economics, margin drivers, yield, and waste optimization Experience working with procurement platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Coupa) Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders in matrixed environments Strong leadership, communication, and change management capabilities with a commercial mindset Benefits Annual salary range: $200,000 – $260,000, plus bonus eligibility Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer matching Paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays Exposure to large-scale, high-impact global sourcing and category transformation initiatives Executive leadership role with strong strategic influence across the organization Inclusive, collaborative environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement
