Job Description
Location: Remote (NY and surrounding areas preferred)
Annual Salary: USD 85,000 to USD 100,000
Type: Full-time
Reports to: Sr. Managing Creative Producer, Video Production
The Role
We make things move — literally. Our content needs to match that energy.
We're looking for a Video Producer who can own the full arc of a production: from the first creative brief to the final export, and everything in between. You're as comfortable building a shot list as you are managing a roster of freelancers, wrangling a budget, or jumping into Premiere when the edit needs a steady hand.
This isn't a role for someone who wants to hand things off and wait. You'll be the one keeping productions on track, pushing the creative bar, and making sure every deliverable lands exactly where it needs to — on time, on brand, and on budget.
What You'll Own
Production & Project Management
- Drive video projects from concept through delivery — timelines, milestones, logistics, the works
- Build and manage production budgets; know where every dollar is going and why
- Coordinate shoots end-to-end: locations, schedules, equipment, talent
Contractor & Team Management
- Research, onboard, and manage freelance talent — videographers, editors, motion designers, sound designers
- Be the point person contractors actually want to work with: clear, responsive, decisive
Creative & Post-Production
- Get hands-on in the edit when needed — cuts, color correction, basic sound mixing, motion graphics
- Hold the creative line: every deliverable should feel intentional and on-brand
Delivery & Workflow
- Manage asset delivery across platforms — social, web, broadcast, internal
- Organize and maintain project files, footage, and production documentation
- Always be looking for ways to make the process smoother and the output better
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in video production with real project management ownership — not just support
- Proven experience managing freelancers or external production partners
- Sharp budgeting and scheduling instincts with strong attention to detail
- Fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
- End-to-end production knowledge: pre-production through post
- Someone who communicates clearly, moves fast, and doesn't drop balls
