- Accountabilities: Create engaging, high-quality reels and short-form videos tailored for restaurants and food brands across social platforms Develop viral content strategies focused on maximizing reach, engagement, and audience retention Edit and optimize videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms Monitor trends in social media, audio, transitions, and storytelling techniques to keep content fresh and relevant Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align content with campaign objectives and brand voice Manage multiple content projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery in a remote setup Analyze performance metrics and refine content strategies based on engagement insights and audience behavior Leverage AI tools to support ideation, editing efficiency, and content enhancement workflows Requirements: 5–10 years of experience in short-form video production, reel creation, or social media content development Strong background in the restaurant, food & beverage, or hospitality industry is highly preferred Proven track record of creating viral content with significant reach and high engagement Advanced proficiency in video editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent software Deep understanding of Instagram Reels, content hooks, storytelling techniques, and audience retention strategies Strong portfolio demonstrating successful viral or high-performing video content Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver consistently in a remote environment Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and performance optimization skills Benefits: Fully remote work flexibility Opportunity to collaborate with global restaurant and food industry brands Exposure to high-impact viral content strategies and digital marketing campaigns Creative and collaborative working environment Performance-based growth opportunities
