You will lead full-cycle enterprise pursuits, including pipeline development, RFP strategy, and negotiation of large-scale commercial agreements. This position offers the opportunity to influence global growth initiatives while working across digital operations, automation, and customer experience transformation solutions.
  • Accountabilities In this role, you will be responsible for driving new enterprise business acquisition within the healthcare sector by developing strategic sales plans and executing complex, high-value deal cycles. You will lead prospecting efforts, manage executive-level relationships, and position customer experience solutions that align with client transformation goals and industry demands. Develop and execute vertical-specific strategies to acquire new enterprise clients and generate “new logo” business. Identify and qualify opportunities through proactive prospecting, social selling, and industry networking. Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, aligning solutions to customer experience and operational challenges. Lead full sales cycles including pipeline management, forecasting, and opportunity progression. Drive RFP/RFI responses in collaboration with internal solution, delivery, and operations teams. Negotiate complex enterprise agreements ensuring alignment with commercial and compliance requirements. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine positioning and sales strategy. Requirements This role requires extensive enterprise sales leadership experience within healthcare or related BPO/CX environments, combined with strong commercial acumen and deep industry knowledge. The ideal candidate is a strategic dealmaker with a proven ability to close large, complex contracts and influence senior stakeholders across organizations. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven track record in enterprise sales and new logo acquisition within healthcare, CX, or BPO industries. Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, regulations, and customer experience models. Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and large-scale negotiations. Deep knowledge of contact center operations and CX transformation solutions (CCaaS, digital operations, analytics). Strong executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to develop strategic account plans and deliver measurable revenue growth. Demonstrated success in collaborating across global, cross-functional teams.
