Job Description

- In this role you will: Lead, develop, and mentor an Account Management team, fostering a high-performance, goal-oriented culture Drive revenue growth by ensuring flawless client retention and aggressive portfolio expansion. Manage executive-level client relationships, stepping into high-stakes negotiations to unlock additional value creation. Oversee strategic account planning, including commercial structuring, legal compliance, and procurement cycles. Optimise internal processes, identifying and removing operational bottlenecks to streamline day-to-day delivery. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to enhance the client experience
- Your skills & experiences: Proven experience in enterprise B2B account management with direct ownership over retention and expansion revenue. Demonstrated history of leading, coaching, and managing the performance of account managers or commercial reps within a strong feedback culture. Exceptional organizational skills with practical experience navigating complex enterprise procurement, compliance, and legal cycles. Ability to handle difficult executive-level client conversations calmly, manage internal stakeholders, and align diverse teams under pressure. A proactive ownership mentality paired with commercial curiosity and a strategic mindset.
- Nice to have: Experience in the SaaS, infrastructure, data, or AI industry. Technical understanding of APIs, scraping, proxies, or enterprise infrastructure. Experience with strategic QBRs and account planning. Familiarity with AI tooling and workflow optimisation.
