Job Description
Content Strategist III
itD is seeking a Content Strategist III (Launch Readiness) to drive content planning and execution for upcoming WhatsApp product and feature launches. This role plays a critical part in ensuring high-quality, accurate, and user-centric support content is ready on day one of every launch. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in content strategy, technical writing, and Generative AI content, with a proven ability to deliver high-impact content under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Location: Remote (U.S. – EST or PST preferred)
Duration: 6months

Responsibilities
- Plan and scope support content for upcoming product and feature launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Audit existing content, identify gaps, and prioritize updates to ensure launch readiness
- Write, edit, and optimize Help Center articles, chatbot responses, and support content, including content for Generative AI
- Manage confidential pre-launch content, ensuring accuracy and readiness for go-live
- Test and validate content by reviewing pre-launch features and chatbot experiences to ensure accuracy
- Track content readiness, manage timelines, and proactively identify and communicate risks
- Coordinate with localization teams to ensure timely delivery of content across global markets
- Ensure day-one readiness by publishing accurate and accessible content across all support channels
- Drive process improvements and maintain content standards and best practices
Internal Responsibilities
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material)
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual)
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or content strategy roles
- 6+ months of experience creating or optimizing content for Generative AI or LLM-based systems
- Strong content strategy and editorial skills, including writing, editing, and improving support content
- Experience planning and delivering content aligned to product launch timelines
- Experience working with content management systems (CMS) and project management tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting deadlines
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Experience preparing support or help content for product or feature launches
- Familiarity with localization workflows and global content delivery
- Experience collaborating with Product, Product Ops, or Operations teams
- Basic knowledge of data analysis, XML, or AI tools
Education
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience required.
