Job Description
Claritas Rx is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support patients and healthcare partners with inquiries, information requests, and general assistance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to handle information accurately and professionally.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful information.
Assist patients and healthcare partners with questions and requests.
Update customer records and maintain accurate information.
Help resolve basic issues and direct complex concerns to the appropriate department.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Work with team members to ensure quality customer support.
Qualifications
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
