We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for the Danish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria, based in the vibrant capital, Sofia. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end rental inquiries for Danish-speaking customers, ensuring top-tier service in the travel sector.
- Provide expert guidance on vehicle selection, rental policies, and travel insurance options.
- Coordinate logistics and reservations to ensure a frictionless experience for travelers using our car rental services.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently, maintaining the high standards expected in the premium travel industry.
- Process rental agreements and modifications, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to handle seasonal travel peaks and optimize rental availability.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering personalized support that fosters long-term customer loyalty.
- Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Strong command of English for professional communication within our international office.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel industry is highly regarded.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to relocate to Sofia to undertake this Danish Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria.
