Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking players, providing high-quality support via email, chat, and tickets.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to account management, gameplay performance, and payment services within the Gaming & Esports platform.
- Contribute to the positive reputation of our partner brands by maintaining a helpful, professional, and brand-aligned tone in all interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex technical bugs and report on community trends observed in the French-speaking gaming market.
- Assist players with game mechanics, event participation, and platform updates to ensure an optimal user experience.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current industry trends and company policies to offer accurate and timely guidance to our players.
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and familiarity with major gaming platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, with a patient and empathetic approach to player support.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural, on-site environment in Sofia, Bulgaria.
- Previous experience in customer service or community management is considered an advantage for this French Speaking Player Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
