We operate in a hybrid model with offices in New York City, Boston, Lambertville, Chicago, San Francisco, and Indianapolis. We are also open to remote candidates. Certain opportunities may require travel or proximity to a client location, which will be discussed during the interview process.

What You'll Do
Responsibilities will vary based on level and area of expertise but may include:
- Develop and execute integrated media strategies for pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare clients
- Translate business objectives into audience-first media recommendations across channels and customer segments
- Leverage audience insights, data, and market intelligence to inform planning, activation, and optimization decisions
- Partner with account, strategy, analytics, creative, medical, and technology teams to deliver impactful campaigns
- Guide clients through a rapidly evolving media landscape, serving as a trusted strategic advisor
- Measure performance and identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and efficiency
- Support omnichannel planning and customer engagement strategies
- Contribute to client growth initiatives, new business opportunities, and strategic planning efforts
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving media capabilities
What You Should Have
- Experience in one or more media disciplines, including media planning, activation, strategy, programmatic, paid search, paid social, omnichannel strategy, analytics, or related areas
- Agency experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries is preferred
- Understanding of digital media ecosystems, audience strategy, and performance measurement
- Ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience managing multiple projects, clients, or workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of how media drives business outcomes
- Intellectual curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for innovation
- A growth mindset and desire to continuously learn and evolve
