We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a German Speaking Travel Support Advisor position in Bulgaria. This role is perfect for a customer-centric individual eager to start a career in the travel industry while enjoying a fully supported international relocation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide world-class support to German-speaking travelers regarding bookings, itineraries, and travel documentation.
- Manage modifications, cancellations, and complex travel queries with precision and professionalism.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the entire travel lifecycle.
- Navigate global distribution systems (GDS) to offer expert advice and efficient solutions.
- Collaborate with international teams to troubleshoot flight or accommodation issues in real-time.
- Maintain detailed case documentation within our internal CRM to ensure service excellence.
- Stay updated on international travel regulations and company policies to provide accurate guidance.
- Native or fluent German (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for the travel industry.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria for this onsite opportunity.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Previous experience in customer service or travel-related roles is highly desirable.
