We are seeking hospitality professionals with hands-on Toast POS experience to support an AI training project focused on restaurant operations and point-of-sale workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Review Toast POS workflows, including order entry, payment processing, and reporting.

Create step-by-step guides based on real restaurant scenarios.

Evaluate system functionality, troubleshoot common issues, and suggest improvements.

Document best practices for configuring and optimizing Toast POS.

Review transaction data, menus, and order flows to improve AI understanding.

Communicate POS concepts clearly and collaborate on project tasks and datasets.
Required Qualifications

Currently employed in hospitality and using Toast POS in daily operations.

Strong understanding of restaurant workflows, order management, and payment processing.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to document processes and explain technical concepts clearly.

Familiarity with quick-service, casual, or fine-dining restaurant operations.
Preferred: Experience training, mentoring, or supporting others with restaurant technology.
