Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
Location: Massachusetts
Work Model: Remote / Telehealth
Employment: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We’re hiring a Massachusetts-licensed LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW to provide virtual therapy to clients throughout the state. You’ll have a regular schedule of appointments and responsibility for your assigned caseload. The position is focused on direct therapy, with clinical documentation and case follow-up included as part of the work.
Main Duties
- Conduct scheduled therapy appointments online
- Complete new-client assessments
- Determine appropriate treatment goals and interventions
- Provide therapy within your professional scope
- Review cases and update treatment as needed
- Complete required clinical documentation
- Coordinate referrals or additional services when appropriate
- Follow Massachusetts licensing and confidentiality requirements
- Active Massachusetts mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW)
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Prior experience in clinical therapy delivery
- Comfort working in a remote clinical environment
- Strong time-management skills
