Job Title: Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS)

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Revenue Operations Specialists to contribute to an AI training project focused on SaaS revenue operations. The role involves evaluating realistic operational scenarios, analyzing CRM configurations, resolving policy conflicts, and explaining decisions using practical industry expertise. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate SaaS revenue operations scenarios involving CRM data models, process design, and configuration decisions.

2. Resolve conflicts between operational policies by identifying priorities and explaining trade-offs.

3. Design workflows that meet compliance requirements, including approvals, access controls, and audit standards.

4. Diagnose revenue data issues, including duplicate records, inconsistent lifecycle states, and conflicting metric definitions.

5. Identify root causes and recommend solutions to prevent recurring operational issues.

6. Flag ambiguous or incomplete scenarios and provide clear, structured reasoning for decisions.

Required Qualifications

1. At least 4 years of hands-on experience in SaaS revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, or implementation operations.

2. Direct CRM ownership and configuration experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

3. Experience with at least two connected tools, such as billing systems, CPQ, ticketing platforms, or project-tracking tools.

4. Proven ability to resolve policy conflicts and explain operational trade-offs.

5. Experience in fintech, healthtech, insurtech, or complex multi-product environments is preferred.

6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and operational decisions clearly.
