About the Role

Dialectica is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Interactions & Platform Domain, initially focusing on our Messaging capabilities. In this role, you will work alongside the rest of our talented product team. Our shared mission is to ensure every client project is executed reliably and compliantly, turning requested interactions into delivered insights and realized revenue. Beyond Messaging, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on and contribute to other strategic initiatives across the wider Interactions & Platform.

 

In this role, you will focus on solving critical problems within the interactions phase of the client project lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will be the messaging area, acting as the architect of how we communicate with experts across multiple channels (Email, WhatsApp, SMS). You will ensure high engagement and conversion while protecting our domain reputation through smart, compliant automation.

 

What you will do

 

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Contribute to the roadmap across the Messaging area and the broader Interactions & Platform domain, continuously identifying opportunities for impactful user experience (UX) improvements.
• Drive expert engagement by expanding and optimizing communication strategies across various channels, maximizing the reach and performance of our messaging ecosystem.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase conversion rates by ensuring the right message reaches the right expert, through the right channel, at the right time.
• Collaborate on solving problems across the interaction lifecycle, including areas such as scheduling, feedback collection, and payment infrastructure based on domain needs.

Infrastructure & Platform Scalability

• Drive Scalable Solutions: Contribute to building and evolving a communication infrastructure that scales efficiently as the business grows, ensuring it can support multiple product lines seamlessly.
• Rapid Experimentation & Pilots: Prioritize a "test and learn" approach by leveraging third-party tools, low-code platforms, or AI to design and run fast user pilots with limited engineering support. Validate success and user value early before committing to large-scale engineering investments.

 

Data-Driven Execution

• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across the specific product areas and problem spaces you are tackling to measure success and drive accountability.
• Build actionable dashboards using data retrieved from our data warehouse to provide cross-functional teams with the clarity and insights they need to optimize workflows.
• Leverage heavy data analysis to identify new opportunities, evaluate the outcomes of rapid experiments, and measure the performance of launched features (e.g., analyzing the impact of message frequency, timing, and content).

 

Collaboration & Leadership

• Inspire, align, and engage a diverse range of senior stakeholders and peer Product Managers across the organization without a direct reporting line.
• Partner effectively with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive experience for both clients and experts.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture rooted in product excellence, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial drive.

 

What we are looking for

 

• 5+ years of professional experience in Software Product Management.
• A proven track record (CV) focused on numerical results and business impact.
• Messaging Expertise: Strong technical acumen in email delivery, SMS, and WhatsApp integrations.
• AI Acumen: Experience using AI to optimize PM processes or developing AI-based product solutions.
• Deep understanding of experiment design and underlying statistical analysis to effectively validate hypotheses and measure product impact.
• Experience in high-growth, dynamic environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical infrastructure needs into clear product requirements.
