- Job Summary We’re looking for a highly versatile, self-sufficient creator to own our entire social and content presence, start to finish. This isn’t a “manage the calendar” role or a “just edit the footage” role: you’ll script, shoot, edit, write, post, analyze, and engage, largely on your own. Hootsuite will be the primary tool you use to focus on community management. You’re equal parts storyteller, editor, strategist, and community manager, and you’re excited to use AI tools (Claude especially) to move faster and punch above a team of one. Responsibilities Strategy & Management Content Creation & Video Podcast (secondary- less than 5% of the time) Writing & Community AI-Enabled Workflow About You Qualifications A Note on Scope: This role brings together two past positions, social strategy and video/podcast production, into one seat. We know it’s rare to find someone equally senior across all three: social strategy, video production, and storytelling. Here’s how we’ll evaluate: strong video production and social copywriting are must-haves. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
