Job Description — Team Leader, Bid & Data Management (Warsaw)

Location: Warsaw, Poland
Operating model: Hybrid (3 days/week in office)
Contract type: Full-time, permanent employment contract
Department: Bid & Data Management
Reporting to: Ops Lead (JBS)
Language requirement: French C1+ mandatory | English B2+

About the Role

The Team Leader, Bid & Data Management is responsible for leading a high-performance team based in Warsaw, supporting JLL France's Leasing Advisory offices across Paris, Lille, Lyon, and Marseille. The team acts as a strategic production and coordination hub, delivering pitch decks, Avis de Valeur (ADV), market scans, comparable transaction tables, and commercial prospecting materials and data management for French broker teams and their institutional and corporate clients.

The Team Leader owns both the quality of output and the development of the team, operating at the crossroads of real estate expertise, project management, and people leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4-6 French-speaking analysts and Senior Analysts, overseeing onboarding, training, and ongoing performance growth
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of commercial documents — pitch decks, Avis de Valeur, market scans, comparable transaction tables, and RFP submissions — for regional and Paris markets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for French leasing teams and cross-functional partners across Research, Marketing, GIS, and Capital Markets
  • Chair scoping, review, and pre-delivery meetings with French broker teams across Paris, Lille, Lyon, and Marseille
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and the adoption of JLL AI tools to optimise team workflows and production efficiency
  • Manage concurrent projects across multiple cities and time zones, maintaining the central project tracker and ensuring stakeholders stay informed
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, and lead knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team capability and consistency
  • Oversee the bid content repository, ensuring all materials remain accurate, current, and ready for client-facing use

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent French (C1 or above, near-native preferred) and solid professional English (B2+) for daily collaboration across international teams
  • A degree in real estate, economics, management, finance, engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and large data processing, with strong command of PowerPoint for client-ready presentations
  • Familiarity with tools such as aRea, Explore, Google My Maps, Power BI, or Map IT — or a demonstrated ability to pick up new platforms quickly
  • A strong analytical mindset, with the confidence to form and communicate clear judgments on market data
  • Natural leadership presence, with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable in a remote or hybrid setting
  • Excellent organisational skills, comfortable juggling multiple projects, cities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach, with strong written and verbal communication in both French and English

What You Can Expect From Us

  • Competitive Rewards & Benefits Permanent contract, private healthcare, cafeteria system, life insurance, and employee assistance program
  • Flexible Work Environment Hybrid model in premium Warsaw Spire workspace with state-of-the-art facilities and metro access.
  • Career Development & Growth Robust development opportunities with 80% employee participation in structured programs, AI upskilling, and professional training.
  • Stability & Recognition 78% employee recommendation rate, recognized for 18 consecutive years as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies.
  • Inclusive & Supportive Culture Strong commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion across multiple employee resource groups and initiatives.
  • Global Perspective 60 nationalities and 40 languages represented, offering rich cultural exchange and collaboration opportunities
