About the Role

We are seeking experienced Graphic Designers to contribute their creative and technical expertise to a project focused on evaluating and improving AI-generated images. In this role, you will apply your knowledge of graphic design, photography, and digital imaging to support the development of next-generation AI systems. Your expertise will help improve AI models' ability to understand visual elements, identify image imperfections, and generate high-quality visuals.

No prior AI experience is required. Your creative and technical knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong visual analysis skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.

Scope of Work

1. Upload original photographic content through a secure digital platform.

2. Compare original images with AI-generated counterparts to identify visual differences, flaws, and inconsistencies.

3. Analyze and document image quality, lighting, composition, perspective, texture, and visual anomalies using appropriate technical terminology.

4. Provide clear, concise, and accurate written feedback on identified image issues.

5. Participate in iterative review cycles, revisiting images and updating feedback based on evolving project guidelines.

6. Collaborate through written and verbal communication for clarification, discussion, and knowledge sharing.

7. Maintain accurate profile information to support project tracking and communication.

Requirements

1. Background in graphic design, photography, digital imaging, photo editing, or a related creative field.

2. Strong visual analysis skills and exceptional attention to detail.

3. Ability to identify image imperfections, inconsistencies, and quality issues.

4. Strong written English communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar.

5. Ability to provide clear, detailed, and constructive feedback.

6. Methodical approach to reviewing and evaluating digital images.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in image evaluation, annotation, or quality assurance for digital or AI-driven projects.

2. Professional experience in graphic design, photography, photo editing, or digital illustration.

3. Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, perspective, color theory, and image quality.

4. Experience working with digital photography and original visual content.
