About the Role

We are seeking experienced Inkscape Design Specialists to contribute to an AI training project. In this role, you will use Inkscape to perform real-world vector design tasks and explain your work processes step by step. Your expertise will help enhance AI systems' understanding of graphic design tools, techniques, and workflows.

Scope of Work

1. Create and edit vector graphics using Inkscape.

2. Work with SVG files, illustrations, logos, and other design assets.

3. Utilize advanced Inkscape tools, including Bezier curves, node editing, layers, and path operations.

4. Complete real-world vector design tasks and document your workflow step by step.

5. Review, evaluate, and improve existing vector designs.

6. Develop clear instructions and detailed prompts for advanced graphic design tasks.

Requirements

1. Strong professional experience with Inkscape.

2. Hands-on expertise in vector graphics, SVG editing, and digital illustration.

3. Good understanding of advanced Inkscape tools and vector design workflows.

4. Access to Inkscape and the ability to record your screen while performing tasks.

5. English proficiency of B2 level or higher.

6. Ability to clearly communicate and explain technical and creative processes.

Preferred Qualifications

1. A portfolio demonstrating Inkscape expertise and vector design projects.

2. A relevant master's degree or PhD.

3. Previous experience in Human Data projects, including data annotation, RLHF, or AI model evaluation.
