Job Description
The Strategic Account Manager, Land & Insurance Partners owns WorldVia's top-tier land-based supplier and agency relationships — hotel groups, Insurance partners and tour operators. This role is the single accountable owner for land-side strategic accounts: negotiating commercial terms, resolving disputes, and driving the cross-functional initiatives that depend on strong land partnerships.

This role is the single accountable owner for land-side st...- Own the relationship strategy and day-to-day management for WorldVia's top-tier land suppliers, hotel groups and Insurance partners
- Conduct periodic business and marketing reviews with these partners to ensure WorldVia is aligned with their strategic focus in an effort to maximize revenue.
- Negotiate and maintain commission and override structures with land partners, ensuring terms stay competitive and properly documented.
- Formulate an annual Marketing and Events plan and ensure execution of same with Events and Marketing teams.
- Serve as the land-side lead on cross-functional initiatives within WorldVia.
- Track the status of every open land-partner negotiation or dispute and proactively drive them to resolution.
- Represent land-partner interests and constraints in strategic meetings and other cross-functional forums within WorldVia.
- Ability to travel up to 30%
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in partner relations, account management, or supplier negotiation within travel, hospitality, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience negotiating commission structures, overrides, or similar commercial terms.
- Comfortable owning multi-party disputes through to resolution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to represent partner needs credibly in front of senior leadership.
- Experience working with host agency, consortia or land partner relationships preferred.
