Job Description

We are seeking AI Generalist Experts to contribute to a project focused on improving next-generation AI systems.

In this role, you will apply your professional experience, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with AI tools to complete real-world digital tasks, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and provide structured feedback. Your expertise will help improve how AI models understand and perform practical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute real-world digital workflows involving online platforms, products, and services.

2. Use AI tools to complete assigned tasks and evaluate their performance.

3. Perform online purchasing, payment, and cancellation workflows when required, following project guidelines.

4. Document task execution through screenshots, observations, and structured feedback.

5. Identify errors, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in AI-generated outputs.

6. Provide clear and detailed feedback to improve AI accuracy and real-world usability.

7. Complete multiple assignments independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

1. A few years of professional work experience in any field, including business, technology, operations, or related domains.

2. Hands-on experience using AI tools.

3. Comfortable performing real-world purchasing and cancellation tasks, including using personal payment methods under approved reimbursement procedures.

4. Access to biometric authentication (fingerprint or facial recognition) on a laptop or personal device to securely complete checkout processes. Biometric data is not stored and is used only for secure task completion.

5. Strong digital literacy and confidence navigating online platforms and applications.

6. Excellent written communication and documentation skills.

7. Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments, and maintain consistent weekly availability.

8. Previous experience with AI training, digital projects, or similar assignments is an added advantage.
