Job Description

We are seeking Video Annotation Experts to contribute to a customer project focused on high-quality data labeling and AI development.

In this role, you will review and annotate video content according to detailed project guidelines and evaluation criteria. Your work will help train and improve next-generation AI systems by providing accurate, consistent, and high-quality annotations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Carefully review and annotate video content based on project-specific guidelines and rubrics.

2. Apply consistent tagging, labeling, and classification to video segments while maintaining high accuracy and adherence to annotation standards.

3. Document and communicate annotation decisions clearly through written and verbal channels.

4. Use video annotation tools and platforms, adapting quickly to new interfaces as required.

5. Collaborate with project leads and quality assurance teams to clarify requirements and improve annotation quality.

6. Complete and submit annotations within agreed-upon deadlines, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

7. Provide constructive feedback on project guidelines and processes to improve annotation quality and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Demonstrated experience in video annotation and a strong understanding of annotation guidelines and rubrics.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

3. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing project requirements.

4. Experience in data annotation, labeling, or similar projects. Candidates with relevant generalist experience are also welcome.

5. Proficiency in digital annotation tools or related software. Video editing experience is not required.

6. Proactive approach to seeking clarification and providing constructive process feedback.

7. Strong commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality annotations within project timelines.
