Job Description

We are seeking Indonesian Bilingual Experts to support a large-scale linguistic project focused on advancing AI technologies.

In this role, you will use your Indonesian language expertise to evaluate AI-generated speech and help improve next-generation AI systems. Your linguistic and cultural knowledge will contribute to enhancing AI language accuracy and natural communication. No prior AI experience is required—your domain expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Listen to and review audio clips to evaluate the nativeness and fluency of AI-generated Indonesian speech.

2. Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on language accuracy, pronunciation, intonation, and authenticity.

3. Assess the cultural and contextual appropriateness of language used in audio samples.

4. Document observations accurately, ensuring clear and actionable feedback for model improvement.

5. Collaborate with project coordinators to discuss findings and clarify evaluation guidelines when needed.

6. Deliver high-quality assessments consistently within established project timelines.

7. Contribute linguistically informed suggestions to help refine evaluation frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Native-level proficiency in Indonesian, with a strong understanding of regional dialects and cultural nuances.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English, with a minimum B2 level of English proficiency.

3. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical, analytical approach to language evaluation.

4. Previous experience in translation, localization, linguistics, content moderation, or language quality assessment is preferred but not required.

5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet project deadlines.

6. Demonstrated ability to provide clear and constructive feedback on language and communication styles.

7. Interest in contributing to advancements in AI-driven language technologies.
