Job Summary

We are seeking native British English speakers to support an AI training project focused on evaluating English audio recordings.

In this role, you will apply your knowledge of British English pronunciation, accents, natural speech patterns, and audio quality to assess recordings and provide accurate, structured feedback.

Key Responsibilities

1. Listen to and evaluate short British English audio recordings.

2. Assess whether speech sounds natural and native to British English.

3. Evaluate pronunciation, accent, fluency, tone, and natural speech patterns.

4. Identify unnatural, inconsistent, or incorrect elements in spoken English.

5. Provide clear and structured feedback on audio recordings.

6. Follow project guidelines while maintaining accuracy and consistency in evaluations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Native-level proficiency in British English.

2. Strong understanding of British English pronunciation, accents, and natural speech patterns.

3. English proficiency at B2 level or above.

4. Excellent listening and analytical skills.

5. Strong attention to detail.

6. Ability to provide clear and well-structured written feedback.

7. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

8. Willingness and ability to successfully complete the required screening test.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience as a voice actor, voice coach, audio engineer, or in a similar professional role.

2. Background in voice-over, speech analysis, audio engineering, or sound production.

3. Experience in linguistics, phonetics, language teaching, media, or communications.

4. Previous experience evaluating speech or audio recordings is an added advantage.
